Aishling Moore, Goldie Experience

 

A native of Cork – Aishling was head chef of Elbow Lane Smokehouse & Brewery under Stephen Kehoe, the executive chef of the group. Last September 2020, she and Stephen opened Goldie, which promotes gill to tail eating and sources most of its fish from small day boats in Ballycotton and all across Cork.
