Grainne O’Keefe

Grainne O’Keefe is an Irish chef who has been working in Dublin kitchens for twelve years including restaurants such as Il Segreto, The Merrion, Pichet and Bastible.

Grainne was Head Chef of Clanbrassil House Restaurant (a small neighbourhood restaurant with a focus on seasonal small plates, charcoal grill cooking and interesting wines which was featured in the New York Times ‘48 hours in Dublin’), as well as being the Culinary Director of  Bujo Burger Joint  which is an award winning burger joint in Sandymount specialising in chargrilled grass fed Irish beef burgers with a big focus on sustainability.  Grainne is currently working on a new venture called Mae
