Eoin Cluskey – Bread 41
Eoin Cluskey is the founder and owner of Bread 41, an organic bakery located on Pearse Street in Dublin 2. A carpenter by trade, Eoin came to cooking professionally later than usual while travelling in Australia. Realising that cooking made him happier than carpentry, he moved back to Ireland in 2010 and went about setting up his own bakery.
Bread 41 specialises in long fermented breads, which are made using traditional methods. This much loved bakery supplies like-minded retailers, restaurants, hotels and cafés with bread and fresh pastries daily. The on-site eatery has gone from strength to strength, becoming a staple in the local food scene.
